金正日克拉克 is a graduate of The Department of Film and Theatre, receiving both a BA and MA, and has taken every class she teaches. While at 菠菜网lol正规平台 as an undergrad, she served on-air at KSJS and Promotions Director and quickly began working in promotions at many local radio stations for 8 years. She then jumped to experience the other half of her degree and served as an associate producer on 8 television documentaries for the Discovery Channel including the award winning, "Preemies: The Fight for Life". 她的硕士 thesis included interviewing singer Amy Grant and discussed the challenges of communicating with consciousness. She then produced her own documentary, "God and Gays: Bridging the Gap" which sold out at Cinequest, was picked up for theatre and online distribution and resulted in bi-coastal conferences and two years traveling the country screening the movie and facilitating sensitive, but needed, conversations.
Throughout her career she has focused on messaging, audiences and how communications shape people's experience. Since entering corporate cultures at KLA-Tencor, PayPal, NetApp, GoDaddy, and GitHub, she has taken full advantage of the various mediums to engage employees and facilitate transparency and trust in organizations using internal cultural communication strategies. She is now working on practical ideas on how culture and communications can work together to co-create a workplace culture that's inclusive 对所有. She is a lecturer at 菠菜网lol正规平台, international speaker, workshop leader and communications 顾问.
