Retiree Open Enrollment for the plan year 2024 begins Monday, October 16, 2023, and ends on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

Retiree Enrollment

The following enrollment options are available. You may do 一个 of the following:

NO action is needed if you do not wish to make any changes.

Medical 好处

For 2024, we will be offering four plans: Kaiser, EPO, PPO, and HDHP. Other than Kaiser, plans are through HealthNow with Blue Shield Network. Please review the Summary of 好处 for each plan below.

For 2024, 65后 retirees, we will be offering the following plans below:

For the prefix, enter “MBL.”

Combination Plan Enrollment

If the retiree and their dependents are currently in combination plan (retiree/dependents 一个 of them is 65后 and others 65年以前, or vice versa), then the retiree/dependent who is 65年以前 will choose from the above menti一个d 65年以前 plan offerings and 65后 will choose from the Kaiser Advantage or Anthem Advantage plan.

Please note that you cannot combine Kaiser and PPO plans.
